Introduction

Nowadays, almost all companies use enterprise management software and other digital solutions to organize their daily job and manage processes that became too complex and time-consuming to be done manually. We learnt that they can be offered to the companies on-premise or on a subscription model (Saas). Depending on the type of company, managers choose a model but basically, they do the same things, even if in a different way.

Eather if they’re Saas or on-premise, they have different modules that can be integrated at once or gradually over time based on your company’s needs. We can identify 7 different categories of the most used software: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Customer Relationships Management (CRM); Business Intelligence (BI); Supply Chain Management (SCM); Human Resources Management (HRM); Marketing Automation; Business Process Management & Automation. Together with them, other tools are used as chats, cloud service, mailing services, & more…

Pro of using EAS

They’re our best friends at work and they’re very helpful. They improve efficiency, speed up operations and communication between different company departments.
Using management software minimizes the chances of running into human errors, thanks to their ability to block erroneous operations and correct them with valuable suggestions. Also, they shape workflow and automate hard tasks.
Another great advantage is the fact that the waste of resources is avoided if they’re used in a good way.

Cons of using EAS

During your day at work maybe you find some obstacles when using EAS. It happens that tools used at work are too many, they are different and often poorly integrated.
This disrupts the workflow and makes it difficult to store the most important business data. Also, not all companies are the same and, above all, workers are not the same. Each of them has their own needs, their own background and their own way of working. The costs of employees training for the management systems that are used are high, in terms of money and time waste.

We always say that software is a process that triggers constant participation between companies and users and that they’re capable to turn on the creativity of who use them and makes sure that the more they are used, the more you have ideas of how to improve them and how they can improve our life at work. In short, if you notice, the constant of all the apps, software, technologies we use every day, is that they are continuously updated, and this happens because the companies that produce them listen to their users and seek to fulfil their expectations and needs.

Solution

However, both in large and small companies, all these reasons should not be seen as obstacles to their adoption, but as food for thought to understand how to circumvent this type of problem and facilitate the work for the company and its employees.

All these reflections have led us to think about what could be an efficient and unique solution to solve problems for the adoption of management software of all kinds, and on the contrary, to enhance the virtues and obvious advantages they bring to companies.
As companies are different, starting with what has now become the eleventh commandment of the 21st century “Data is King”, we believe that every company should think about how to get the most benefits from the data it receives, stores and uses every day (or does not use) in your company.
Starting from his own Data management design, and trying at all costs to unify the data coming from the different departments, a company should think about which modules and features should integrate the perfect management software for his company.

Furthermore, which often does not happen, is to listen to those who use these management systems the most and understand what are the problems they encounter every day and try to solve them.
Finally, as a final solution, we propose to integrate the most used communication tools such as chat, email and notifications as much as possible within the management systems themselves, to save time, inform colleagues effectively and quickly and make sure that no important details are lost due to inconsistent and conflicting elements used together. Another very good thing to have your own company data-driven and user-centric software would be that UX and UI will be tailored on the people that will use it: a very good point if you think to all those complicated steps you need to do every day and to those old-fashioned design.

Conclusion
For this reason, we recommend to young companies but especially to those now navigating with management software and with all other IT tools to support business life to search for a software house that can help you to build the perfect solution for you and your employees.
